from the date of delivery.
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.

- Once you have obtained authorization to return you can send us the package.
Please note that if your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not accept it.

We keep the contract text on file and send you the order data by email. Orders can be viewed in your account provided you have created one.
Contract conclusion / Delivery provisions
Every product displayed on the SNEAKERWORLDshop.com online store do not represent a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking "Buy Now!" at the end of the order process you are making a legally binding purchase of the merchandise in your shopping cart. The confirmation of your order occurs together with the acceptance of the order immediately after submission, at which point you will receive an automatic email (order confirmation). This order confirmation concludes the sales contract.
Our online database is continually updated to ensure the availability of the products offered in the store. SNEAKERWORLD reserves the right to cancel the sales contract if we don't have the right size in stock.
Payment / Prices
The available payment method is Paypal, Visa , Mastercard, Amex and Apple pay.
You agree to bear the costs in case of charge backs or any other payment cancellations made without Sneakerworld's authorization.
All prices stated on the sneakerworldshop.com online store are in euros and include statutory VAT.
Potential customs duties incurred by delivery to non-EU countries have to be covered by you.

Warranty / Notice of defects
Statutory warranty rights for merchandise apply.
Please report obvious defects to SNEAKERWORLD immediately, or at the latest within 14 days after delivery using the contact methods.
SNEAKERWORLD strives for customer satisfaction and will thus promptly investigate your claim and get back to you as soon as possible. If you contacted SNEAKERWORLD by email and have don't answer within 5 days, we ask you please kindly contact us once more. This does not restrict your rights as a consumer.
Consumers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract in accordance with applicable laws, which you can find separately under "Cancellation policy".
If you will return the merchandise to SNEAKERWORLD, please ensure that you send back the shoes in the same type of packaging you received them in. This request however does not represent a mandatory condition to effectively exercise your cancellation right.
Retention of title
For consumers, we retain title to the goods until full payment of the invoice amount before.
Reservation of ownership
We reserve the right of ownership of the purchased item, until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
